Size is adjustable, however it is recommended to be worn between US ring size 4 and 7. (Small to Medium)
There are Blue sapphires combinations and Pink and Red sapphires combinations for made-to-order custom ring. Please see the last two images for the stone combinations. Sizing below is available and sterling silver or 18k gold.

Small (between 4 and 6)
Medium (between 6 and 9)
Large (between 8 and 10)
All sizing is in US ring size.
For the custom order, please allow 3 to 5 weeks in production. And Please note that each stones are unique individuals and set differently to enhance its beauty therefore they are not going to be set the same way as the ring in photos.
