SHIPPING

All items shipped by Japan Post shall come with tracking number.

All international shipping with be carried by the national postal service of the country after handed by Japan post.

*For customers in EU.
For all orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) with a total value under 150€ (excluding taxes and delivery), taxes and duties will be paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We make sure to follow all EU regulations and guidelines regarding taxes and duties, and strive to make the checkout process as easy and transparent as possible.

Any damage and accident during shipping is not subject for a refund.

For all the other International buyers are responsible for any custom taxation and fee.

Japan; Ships by Yamato carrier for free.

The rest of the world; Please check your country's national postal service and see if the import and custom were experiencing disruption due to COVID-19, and the regular mail delivery situation as well.

LEAD TIME

Currently Made-to-Order items are limited and takes about 3 weeks to dispatch. 

RETURN

Each piece is made with great love and care, however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Pigeon Dynamite accepts return within two weeks from the delivered date and offer a refund for store credit upon items return delivery. Shipping cost is not included in the store credit. Custom order piece is not returnable for a refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping and we only accept insured mail for the return.

TAX

Only purchased within the state of New York, sales tax will apply at check out.

日本国内の発送はクロネコヤマトでの配送となります。送料は無料です。

国際便でのお届けは日本郵便となります。いずれの場合も追跡番号を発送後送らせて頂きます。

カスタムオーダーの納期期間は3週間となっております。何かしらの理由で発送が延滞、または早期になる場合はお知らせ致します。

返品、交換はカスタムオーダー商品（受注生産商品を含む）を除き、到着後から２週間受け付けています。商品の発送はお客様負担となります。ご了承下さい。返品の際は送料を除いた額を次回お使いいただけるストアクレジットとして返金となります。また、何らかの理由で発送前にオーダーをキャンセル(*1)、発送までの過程で製作不備が生じた場合などはお支払い頂いた額を全額返金致します。

*1カスタムオーダー、受注生産商品のキャンセルはお支払い後は受付できません。
