Refund policy

Exchanges, credits, and refunds are accepted up to 30 days after the item has been received while there are exceptions for no return, no exchange policy for all made to order items, custom orders and sample sale items. If you must request for such actions, please email us prior to process the return shipment.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges including insurance and tracking. 

Items must be returned within the 14 days and must be in original condition and in original packaging.

Please ship with insured international mail service. We cannot refund the item that has been lost during the shipping. In order for us to issue a refund smoothly, please notify us by email with tracking number. We are not responsible for returned items without prior notification.
